In august 2023/2024 the resort will announce the re start of the interior renovations that were halted due to covid. This means all the interior will be completely renovted, such as new bathrooms, kitchen will get new appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring throughout, all the wallpaper will be removed, popcorn ceiling removed, then texturing will take place and of course all the walls and ceilings will be painted including all the woodwork and trim. The draperies will all be replaced, and all new furniture will be replaced. New everything... This is an owner cost. This ia a 45 day use condo for the owner and the hotel uses it 320 days as their own for their guests. Each quarter the accouting department calculates the revenue that came in and with the software they have for this type unit they calculate the split between the resort hotel which receives 55% and the owners which receive 45%.
