This is a condo hotel that owner has 45 day use and Resort rents it for them 320 days of the year. Each quarter the Accounting department calculates all the revenue that came in for all the one bedrooms and then using their software gives 55% to the hotel for managing and renting the condos, and 45% to the owners. Buyer must buy a club membership at a one time initiation fee of $8025. and quarterly dues of $433.35. Close to the main Resort entrance and all the Resort amenities it is an ideal location. Next August 2023/2024 the Resort is to begin the Interior renovations that were halted due to Covid 19. The cost is owner responsibility and when the building is called upon to send their monies in to order the furniture and cabinetry, etc., you must do so.
